Central Area of Rome which seats a lot of Embassies and many exclusive old buildings.

Built from the late 1800's till the 1960's.

Due to the different periods of the constructions, it's possible to find properties of all sizes from studio to large 4 room apartments.

Most of the properties are medium to high standard apartments. Balconies and terraces are quite common.

Villas are very rare in this area.

Car parking could be a problem.

An average unfurnished apartment of 2 Bedrooms + Livingroom + Kitchen and WC could cost from 2000 € to 3000 € monthly.
